PS3.

I'm at around 100 physical games and as a rough guess 80-100 digital games. Not counting PS+.

We also got a Wii and 360. Too much gaming this gen, massive scaling down for next gen.

By that you mean fewer consoles or fewer games for them (or both)? I can't handle all three to be honest. I did that 2 gens ago (4 if you count the Dreamcast) and my Xbox suffered - horribly - so I'll stick to two.

Both, going to settle for one console (PS4) and try to stick with that.  Maybe get a gaming PC at some point since all we use here is an old laptop that plays nothing and we need a new one for non gaming things anyway, but would not go mad with Steam sales.  Cutting down on games bought too, heavily, at least that is the plan.

Was 25 when jumped into the gen (08), the first gen when I wasn't in college for part of it so earning nothing, so let loose with my new found wealth.  Now I'm 30 and life has other needs of my money.

I totally understand. I just finished grad school, and I got my PS3 in late 2011 so I've been doing an aggressive catch up game, but I don't think I'll be that way this gen. I'll take it light. I have plenty to do and the less distractions I have (videogames) the better. Plus, the crisis taugh me it is good to have reserves for the unexpected. I could have had a mint if I save a portion of the money I spent on videogames between 2011 and now.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS
