Not sure this kind of thread has been made as i cannot find it. Anyway i am sure some of you guys have heard this type of thread in several forum so i just gonna make one for the lulz.
Those who don't know what it is about. Simple. Just rate the avatar ( the picture that is displaying there <<< ) user above you based on how you think is nice or awful. You could give a reason on why that avatar above you either looked cool,awesome or just downright ugly.
