Are Sony having unexpected bulk manufacturing problems ?

Anybody knows who is making the PS4's chips? GF or TSMC? I guess it is TSMC... GF can't do much more than the AMD's chips (in fact they needs to ask TSMC do produce somes GPUs).

TSMC I believe. 

But AMD is talking with GF for more contracts.
