Sleepy you have to be realistic no one buys a console/handheld to only play old games, the PSP was successful because anyone can play pirated PSP games on it and not because it could play Old Nintendo games. Putting those games you mentioned officially on the device is one thing but emulating it is another, lets not get delusional here.
