There's nothing to justify, OP is clearly talking about art style and you are taking 1 or 2 post to generalize the whole Nintendo fanbase.

Plenty of people like him. Not everyone shares his opinions and that's just fine.

Personally i can't imagine how a WiiU game can be visually more impressive than Xbone or PS4 games. The style of any game on the WiiU can be done on one of those 2 systems as well.
