well it would probably have to be a low profile cooler, you probably won't be putting something too high end in there. And you certainly won't be doing serious overclocking. It is wide enough for a two slot GPU so there is probably enough clearance for the fans to move air around in there.

But I'm sure that once these Steam Machines are out there, some site will make a roundup of some sorts ("The best Steam Machine" or "Which Steam Machine is for you?") and will compare them, hopefully with noise and cooling taked into account.
