One thing thats interesting is that the Wii U's first full November looks very similar Vita's. Hopefully the Wii U won't follow the Vita's path but right now it's not looking good. In more positive news PS4 sales are great for both HW and SW along with XBO. The 3DS numbers are respectable even though VGC had it overtracked badly but I wish Pokemon's numbers were higher. |
I don't think the Wii U will follow the Vita. Ninty knows what they are doing, even when a lot of people is against it but Sony... I don't think they know what they want to do with the Vita anymore.

The only problem is that the way I see it, Nintendo made the same mistake with the Wii U as Sony did with the Vita. Even though Sony had a new system that needed more software support they just continue to release more and more exclusive games on PS3, a system that doesn't really need them. In my opinion God of War, Puppeteer, Ratchet and Clank, and Gran Turismo should have all been Vita exclusive or at least multiplatform. Same thing could be said with the Wii U. Games like Luigi's Mansion, and Animal Crossing should have been made for the Wii U not the 3DS. The 3DS still would of had great exclusives like SMT IV, Fire Emblem, Pokemon, and Donkey Kong while the Wii U wouldn't of had a big software drought.
I know there were many other factors that lead to the Vita's demise in the US and I know Nintendo won't Ignore the Wii U going forward but that's just my two cents.

I get what you're saying bro, I just feel there is too many factors in play to get the Vita ship on the right track. I just don't have it in me to underestimate Ninty, they just seems to have a rabbit under their hat when you least expect it. lol ^^
