That's just apply for contracts after id@xbox announce.

Most devs asked to Sony make a time-exclusive contract with them because it is the only way to break the rule to same date release of the id@xbox... there are a exception that if you have another time-exclusive contract before the id@xbox announce you can release the game on Xbone when you want.

Yes we will see whether this comes to xboxone  later due to eception but MS should really get rid of this clause or xboxone fans are gonna miss alot of great games
