MS is offering Samsung money to make Samsung buy MS products for money?+artificially creating competition for their own Nokia business?That#s very strange as microsofts strategy in the past 3 decades was to destroy competition wherever they could.
Smells strange...
Samsung should better insist to be freed from license payments towards MS instead of taking the money
This would be a good deal for them.
