Nice.  I am so addicted to pulverizing right now.  The feeling you get from the huge vitamin overdose rules.  I miss it if I skip days.  I love how it lets you eat crazy healthy things that you would never eat too.  I love vegetables but I can't honestly say I would ever eat kale, mustard greens, or bok choi if I hadn't started smoothies, and they are so much healthier than many everyday vegetables...

Yea, where I'm fron we generally eat what we grow, so I avoid processed foods even though I'm no longer there. Plus, I found out I have a gluten sensitivity some time ago, so I had to cut out wheat and anyhing related to it from my diet (another reason why I don't eat fast food). Normally I use curries in my dishes, but I'm giving curries and spices a rest for a few days. I do my best to mix things up.

What is your typical day like with respect to meals?

In the morning high fat, as close to zero carb as I can get.  Often times bacon and organic eggs, coffee, sometimes 8 oz grapefruit juice.  I will eat a small amount of zero carb whey protein shake if I am going to work out in the morning, usually only on weekends.  Lunch is almost always pulverized shake.  Usually 3 or 4 servings of veg and 2 of fruit, usually water but 1-2 times per week lo carb organic almond milk instead.  Dinner will be something grilled or baked.  Generally a fish filet non breaded or chicken or catfish.  Red meat 1-2 times per week.  A cooked vegetable of some sort, like boiled kale, green beans, or beets.  Prob about every other day, if hungry, I will have a 2nd smaller pulverized shake a few hours before bed 2 veg and 1-2 serving fruit, some sort of almond or walnut or flaxseed, always water, sometimes with proteins added.  Randomly, alcohol spread throughout usually only large amounts on weekends...Usually try for lower carb.  I usually have 1 cheat day every other weekend where I eat unhealthy foods to avoid carb depravation feelings.  How about you?  Do you pulverize every day?
