I mean, in the equal term, People were flamed for calling Wii 'last gen' and people were flamed for listing Wii as 'next gen' here. You can't pick and choose. ;)

 I'd say the wii console it's self is last gen and that's based on the old tech it's using, but at the same time I'd say the controls are next gen.
