It's kinda amusing that a single weak scream can completely kill your election in the United States. Screw having good policies and diplomatic ties, if you scream like a pansy, you can't be president! Screaming is what they do!
Anyhow, what about Finland, who's Prime Minister looks like Conan O'Brien? Also, Canada's female leader lasted about.. a month? We need a real female leader before I'd count that.
