Sounds like a good decision for Walmart here. They sign a deal with Sony to get a large bunch of PS4's only 9 days before Christmas to promote in their advertising. Makes them look like the place to go to get the most sought after Christmas deals.
Also a good decision by Sony. They sign a deal that puts them into the advertising of the biggest retailer in the world during a crucial period after launch.
Win - Win for both!
