We've seen enough to know that his crew is still no where near Admiral level and Doflamingo is. Doflamingo beat Smoker, Sanji and Law effortlessly. There's no way Luffy can win a straight up fight. Unless Doflamingo gets super trolled, which might happen since Luffy managed to beat Crocodile and Enel even though both were a lot stronger, but I don't think he'll beat Doflamingo yet.
