I was alone at home upstairs and heard a massive smash. first I thought, someone broke into the house through the window.
As I slowly went down the stairs hoping a burglar wouldnt ambush me, there was no sound. As I looked into the dining room, I saw the glass of one half of the cupboard door was smashed. I wasnt really scared because atleast it wasnt a burglar with a weapon!

Kept thinking about it for a whole day then someone suggested the glass could have been defective. So I inspected the glass door on the other side, opened it and closed it and noticed that it was scraping the top and bottom of the mainly wooden cupboard.

Conclusion, the door was closed and the cupboard was slightly tilted (because of uneven surface), gradually applying pressure to the glass as the frame of the cubboard reacted to the natural cold and heat provided by the heater right next to it.

Either that, or it was a ghost!
