Even if a mothership Tales game came out on a non-PS platform first, it would be out on PS after a year or so as the "complete" version with more contents and improvements. Just look at Symphonia (year later on PS2, then HD remaster on PS3), Vesperia (year later on PS3), and Graces (year later on PS3). Also applicable are the Vita full remakes of Innocence and Hearts.

That's just how Tales games always go. Temporary exclusivity only helps fill the coffers. You could say it's an incredibly reliable series platform-wise.
