At first I was surprised how the Xbone could possibly be before the PS4, considering that according to Pachter, even in the US the PS4 is selling about 66% better.
But then I realized two things:
1. it's a "wish list" chart
2. 
So I guess the simple explanation is: While the typical Playstation gamer is old and rich enough to simply buy the console, the typical Xbox gamers has to hope for mummy and daddy to fulfill their video game wishes. Which also seems perfectly in line with the fact that about 90% of the annual Kinect sales are during the christmas shopping season.
