No. I gave GTA5 a 9/10, but after waiting a week and going back to play it, I just didn't really have any fun with it. I haven't played The Last of Us so I can't comment on it specifically, but I can say that I've finished every Uncharted game on crushing, even Golden Abyss, and since the Last of Us is like, a more survival version of Uncharted, I'm sure I would have played through it more than once.
If replay value is anything to go by on how much I enjoy a game, and my opinion of the Last of Us is the same as my opinion of Uncharted, then sure, the Last of Us deserves game of the year over GTA5.
