I never said that they would take a loss, just that Microsoft wouldn't volunteer to take the costs of changing over a production facility. Right now they are buying a product (20gb HDD's). They would simply stop buying that product, and ask to buy another product (60 or 120gb HDD's). If the company can supply them, why would they say no?
