I doubt a 500gb hdd will ever make it too the 360, but there are certainly people that would use it if it did. Mainly people that download movies and television shows. Also, if installs ever become an option on the Xbox 360 the extra space would be nice. But I agree that a 250gb or a 320gb would be far more reasonable for mass market users and far cheaper given 500gb laptop HDD's apparent non-existence?
