Unless MSFT wants it to be a system seller for XBO. Or they could push it for the Windows platform. Completely their decision at the end but a reason could be made for or against it.
If it does come to PC that would be cool for the non-XBO people because it does look amazing and the more people who can enjoy it the better. I wouldn't hold your breath on it though because like I said their is a reason for both cases.

I know, that's why I said one or two yeas after its X1 release, when it's no longer a system seller.
Still, it's a shame the shift that MSoft did during this (already) past gen, where they decided to ignore the PC or even worse, treat PC gaming as competition.
