Besides, to even trigger that glitch one would have to go pretty far out of their way; not talking to some Goron which every normal person would talk to since he blocks your path, then do something else elsewhere for no reason, then come back to do what you were supposed to do, then go talk to some other Goron in an area you aren't supposed to be yet (or something like this)
