Bought both within a few months of launch but I have hardly played either for the time I have had them. I still dont have a 3DS game since I mainly bought it for DS games so I can't honestly rate it. As for the Vita I would rate it an 80. I just started putting a decent amount of time in it and the library is starting to come together.
