I think the japanese and the british are the only one who still honor and think about their fallen soldiers..

every day in belgium there is a band still making music for the english soldiers. japanese are still thanking fallen soldiers.

Wouldn't exactly call it a band playing. And The Last Post isn't only for the brits.
