@Arius: Vita is only just beginning a cycle and Sony's cycles are known to be longest out of all companies. Look at how powerful it is; at the rate Nintendo improves their hardware, Vita will likely have enough power to compete with a next gen system. Also, power doesn't seem to matter much, the Vita just needs to be kept afloat and getting price drops until it gets lucky with an accidental killer app.

How is this a dooms thread? I made this thread before the holidays and Vita has GE2+Vita TV and West had the price cut 1st Holiday and great bundles. Not my fault its down -_-

lol! I'm just not sure this years' efforts on the Vita can match 2012's'. Last year we had exclusive COD and AssCreed, both with bundles and White Vita, all that stuff. This year we get VitaTV, GE2, FFX very late, most stuff is JP only and Tearaway that is a new IP and might not have much casual appeal. There's also competition from new consoles that steal the spotlight and might cannibalize some sales.
I know, it's not a pointless thread (mostly joking about your threads), Vita has a chance to beat last year but I'm a bit skeptical about it. It might not happen.
