I also mention shooters because that's the impression that I got from it. It may be wrong, but its JRPG collection was lacking compared to the competition. so I chose Sony, though I could have gone Wii, but SDTV made me rethink it because I game on my computer monitor. I don't consider myself a Sony Fanboy, and truely wish success for the WIIU & the Xbox One because competition really benefits the consumer. If Sony can no longer provide what I'm looking for, I would like to think I move to a competitor that does. |
And I find your views about Xbox Live good too. If people don't like a service, no one should force them to pay it to try it (though they used to give those 48-hours trial, not anymore). However, I was just pointing out that misconception about the "shooterbox". Sure, throughout the years Ps3 managed to have a more solid - in quantity - library of JRPGs, but 360 had some of those too. It has racing games. WRPGs. Adventure games. What I'm trying to say is that the 360 is not a shooter-only console. In fact, I'd say there are more shooter franchises on ps3 than on 360.
Your choice of buying a Ps3, that I respect :)
