i get why gamers want it, but car dudes playin GT are not crashing or smashing cars.  
To a great deal of people its irrelevent.

This is just rubbish, not even worth a reponse. Any game that allows you to smash into other cars with impunity has a major flaw, especially one calling itself a sim. Where is your proof manufacturers don;t want this?

 

Crashes happen , no one is a perfect driver please. No one is saying people want to smash cars like burnout, stop deflecting from the real issue.

 

Bad publicity??? really? From cars being damaged in a video game? lol. other sims have it, gt doesn't. it isn;t because manufacturers care.
