for my mother: Downtown Abbey seasons 1-3 on BluRay (she just got a player, but only as a replacement for DVD with no intent to buy or view BluRays. See if i can't change her mind)
Stuff my dad got for me (i was shopping with him): The Big Lebowski (DVD), a vinyl Fluttershy figurine.
