Listening to some minimalist ambient usually helps me. Try Steve Roach's "The Magnificent Void" or Bass Communion's "Ghosts On Magnetic Tape." Turn the volume low and concentrate on the sounds.
Failing that, are you old enough to drink? A couple shots of whiskey and I'm often out like a light.
