I'm on study break at the moment and this time every year I work at a games factory to cover my holiday expenses, this year has been super busy obviously due to the new console launches. I usually work in the section picking games for the various shops all over the country but today I was put into the defective console section, recieving, packing and sending consoles back to the manufacturers.

I thought I would show you guys some pictures I took, keep in mind that taking pictures is considered stealing due to the fact that I interactive with alot of DLC codes( people could easily take pictures of them)  so I couldnt get the best shoots as I was being sneaky. I did manage to quickly write my username on a bit of cardboard quickly to show they are legit.

They get detective consoles daily, speaking to a manager he told me the WiiU has a 3% failure rate ( In our factory) which is really good, though he said that alot more xbox ones have been returned defective than the PS4. This is probably due to the console only coming out 6 days ago here though.

This is off the first pallet I unloaded, it includes 9 defective xbox ones, 2 defective PS4's and 2 defective PS3's along with heaps of other defective products.

Thought I would do this for proof lol

Only 5 defective WiiU's this week, pretty good.

Couple of Vitas, and a Ps3

This week hasn't been good for the 3DS :/

Anyways I just thought Id share that, I was surprised no 360's :O anyways any questions feel free to ask.

Quick question, are all the consoles at some point confirmed to be faulty?

Could it be a case of people sent them back because of a few crashes (that many have been getting, though so far this only likely down to software problems) and didnt know better?

Also do some get sent back as faulty purely because they bought it tried and decided for the money it cost they simply didnt want it and had second thoughts, so return for a refund saying its faulty.

Just curious to know
