Better starting price, not a year late compared to the competitor going after the same audience, terrible PR for the competition leading up to launch, better value online (and competent online right from the start as opposed to not getting it going till late 07 on PS3), easier to develop for, and improved controller. Yeah I like their chances. Also no Wii to steal their thunder during the launch window.
