The first game has slowdown but you get used to it (I actualy platinumed it on Vita), the second one performs a bit better but because it's way harder than the first, the slowdown REALLY effects how you play. I'm actually stuck half way through Jak 2 since I can't beat a mission that requires quick shooting :/ so now I stopped untill it get's patched.
