I had my first error last night.
I guess it was
CE-34878-0: Application has crashed. Restart the application in the content area.
I was quickly flipping through my AC4 screenshots while the game was running. The screen remained black on one of the screenshots before it locked up and the error appeared. It asked me to send an error report to Sony then switched back to AC4 which wasn't affected at all. It worked fine after pulling up the ps4 menu again.
Nice crash recovery.
