#28: Bioshock (PC)

Bioshock is the game that reconciliated me with FPSs. This game knows how to create an atmosphere and it also tells its story brillantly mostly through pre-recorded tapes you find along the way while exploring Rapture. Since you can still walk around while listening to those bits and pieces from important figures of Rapture, the flow of the game is never interrupted (apart from some key sequences which are mindblowing) and this is a big plus. Bioshock also sets itself apart from other FPSs by featuring more than the usual gun selection: the plasmid shake things up and are fun and very diversified.
