It's built from the ground up for the Vita, they can make another Tearaway game for the PS4, but a port of this one wouldn't make much sense. Also I don't think can port a game from a handheld to a console by January, especially when you consider they have to completely redo a bunch of the game mechanics to fit the PS4.
