Find a Radeon 7850/7870/7950 that's going for cheap. (Make sure the Powersupply is decent.)
Overclock the CPU to 3.4-3.6Ghz and call it a day, you could then do more than just play exclusives.
The hardware might be old, but it's still very capable, I doubt the CPU would break a sweat for Battlefield 4.
