@theprof. Do you realise that project spark was announced before the whole ID@Xbox program?
Microsoft are not releasing this instead of the devkit mode... It existed before the devkit mode. And the devkit mode can only be unlocked if you have an ID@Xbox account.... So no one can use it yet because the program has not launched... Shouldn't be hard to understand.
