Is X1 forcing Kinect on us any different than PS3 forcing Bluray on us?

Seeing how XB1 now uses Bluray, does this mean PS5 will require a Kinect?

PS5 is doomed!

Smart tv's have motion controls now ala kinect, maybe motion controls will be a mandatory thing for consumers thus force sony to implement a kinect like device for ps5....
