i remember reading its 3.5 hours long. im not 100% sure though, you should check. however im betting a huge chunk on those that time will be ads and commercals

Oh that's a given. For the Spive TV PS4 launch it was 30 minutes of commercials, 26 minutes of talking and showing fans in a line up and 4 minutes of trailers.
