The stars seem to be aligning on this one - there's the P3 film coming out soon, there's no definitive version of P3 (both FES and P3P have exclusive content) and there's the opportunity to bring it to a new platform, all for less cost than a new game.
It really wouldn't surprise me to see it at some point on Vita
