30. Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards (21 last year), first impression 8, replay 9, technical 7.5
Pros: Mix and match Kirby powers to create abilities that were unforeseen for the franchise and incredibly unique. The stages were varied, the bosses memorable, the minigames were a blast, and the music was quite varied but very good on the whole.
Cons: Weak platforming compared to most every other platformer in the list, or even other Kirby games (none of which made it in).
