Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble! (SNES/1996)

In my opinion, the best of the DKC trilogy on SNES. The graphics and music are gorgeous, as always, and the levels and worlds are fun and challenging to explore. What really sets DKC3 apart from 1 and 2 is its inclusion of adventure elements. When Dixie and Kiddy aren't bashing bad guys and running, climbing, and swimming around each meticulously designed level, they're solving puzzles, playing mini-games, and exploring hidden caves. It makes for a deeper, richer game experience.
