Don't be stupid. It's like this:

20 retail games without mandatory installs = a couple hundred MB of save data.
20 retail games with mandatory installs = a couple hundred GB.

The latter forces you to either manage your HDD on a regular basis or upgrade to a bigger HDD.

Nintendo is offering the choice. That's a plus. But for those who wish to go all D, 32GB is a joke... -_-
