Quantum Break and TitanFall are already confirmed.
I wouldn't doubt if Uncharted makes it, plus Nintendo is showing something.
The other big announcements (if any more) possibly could be Black Tusk Studios showing more about their game. Maybe Fable Legends, Halo 5, Rare's 3rd XBO ip, or one of the other studios Microsoft has created shows something like Victoria Studios.
Sony maybe Guerilla's 2nd or Order: 1886. Maybe a Santa Monica Game.
Nintendo I really don't have a clue. Maybe a new Ip.
One thing about all this is, Geoff Keighley has a tendency to over-hype events.
