no-one is denying xbox 360 quality games can do 1080p60 on xbox one.
people are denying xbox one can play next gen games at 1080p60.
The only game doing 1080p60 on xbox one is a racing game, which looks only slightly better than GT6 and pales in comparison to drive club (i'm expecting someone to show me forza footage from before the graphics got nerfed for the final release)
I agree ryse and dead rising may not be optimised, but that doesnt mean you should expect them to jump from 720p/20fps to 1080p/60fps because thats not the level of improvement optimisation brings.
I think they will be 720p and locked to 30 in the future and graphics will get slightly better over time. Expecting the 32mb or ESRAM to output textures at the same level the PS4's 5 GB's of GDDR5 RAM can is just silly
