Yes because the amount of children who asked for christmas a PS4 is huge and the amount of children who will not get it will be huge aswell..
How you think a child will feel? And the parents? so yes a lot of people christmas is going to be ruined.
Who is to blame? Their is a bunch of people who pre ordered in June/July who not got one yet maybe Sony should have produced more they should have known the demand.

You blame people with an entitlement mentality. Regardless of what and how Sony advertises (and anyone else for that matter) people are ultimately responsible for their own actions. Just because you cannot get something you do not need is no excuse for immaure behavior from crying like a baby to disrespecting others and damaging property. You cannot always get what you want in life especially when it's a non-essential. Grow up and deal with it.
