Given the mess at these crazy launches, I'm not surprised the fault rate is higher than predicted by manufacturer's quality tests, just look at the sixth and tenth animated gifs in the OP, those mad almost human buffalo herds crashed into themselves (not a great loss 
) and the console piles (far greater loss). Excellent reason to avoid launches.
