This is not all, though, MS attempts to close the SW market started with Windows 8 are pissing off like wasps many 3rd party developers that until Windows 7 were in excellent relationships with Redmond: http://www.trustedreviews.com/opinions/windows-8-good-for-gamers-but-what-about-developers
This is not totally bad news for me, though, as it could be the best opportunity ever for SteamOS to grab a consistent share of PC gaming market, and maybe it could also pave the way to PC market (not only for gaming, what's more) for Android too.
