• The release date for C&C 3: Kane's Wrath in the list may be wrong. It is announced for the 28th of March in Europe and the 10th of June in the US ( see Xbox360.IGN or amazon pre-order ^{1 2})

• Postal III may come later to PS3 according to Vince Desi (Running With Scissors CEO) ³.

Command & Conquer 3: Kane's Wrath-June 10th 2008(I'm using the NA release dates for this list) 

Postal III will be taken off the list because the developer announced a Q2 2009 release date for 360 and PC with the additional possibility of it being ported to PS3 down the line.
