I'm 5'11.5 and weigh   185.   I also play football.  before I started it, I weighed 220.  I only bench 205-215 max.

 

Yea I gained about 20 pounds since I moved to vegas a year ago but really mostly muscle. My max bench is 325. It was barely 255 when I moved here.
